How to Resolve Error Message when launching Peachtree Accounting: Currently, another user has Peachtree Accounting open on this computer

Error Message: "Currently, another user has Peachtree Accounting open on this computer" when starting Peachtree Accounting.

Resolution:
Open Windows Task Manager
End Process W3dbsmgr.exe

Peachtree will now open properly
