Opswise Universal Automation Center Error:
 "Can't load DataSources - SmartClient Runtime Not Loaded"

If the user changes their IE settings to Standards mode, the page renders without the error.

Open website homepage
Press F12 (IE Debug Mode)
Click Document mode tab
Change selection from Internet Explorer 7: Standards (Page default) to Standards
Or press ALT+S

RESOLUTION:

Issue was solved by introducing the following in the head of our entry page:
