How to Resolve Wireless Limited Connection Error

When connected to a wireless connection, user receives errors trying to connect to Internet sites  and the network connection icon in the system tray displays limited network connection error/notification

Resolution:
Open an elevated command prompt
Click the Start button 
In the Search box, type command prompt. 
In the list of results, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
In the command prompt window, type: Netsh winsock reset
Press Enter
Restart the computer
