How to Prevent Users from Installing ZOOM or Running Any Program in Windows

Launch the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) 

Expand “User Configuration” > “Administrative Templates“, then select “System“.
Open the policy “Don’t run specified Windows applications“

Set the policy to “Enabled“, then select “Show…

Add the program executable desired to prevent the user from running to the List of disallowed applications. 

To prevent users from installing Zoom:

ZoomInstaller.exe

To prevent users from installing the Zoom Outlook Plugin:

ZoomOutlookPlugin.MSI

To prevent users from running Zoom:

Zoom.exe
