How to Empty the Recycle Bin for all Users on a Shared Drive in Windows 2003

open My Computer
Click Tools
Click Folder Options
Click View
Check Show hidden Files
Uncheck Hide Protected Operating System Files (recommended)
click YES to the prompt
Click OK

Click Start / Run
at Open: type: C:\recycler
Click OK

you can delete all of the folders (they have a Class ID for the name)

When you delete them, they will go to YOUR recycle bin
empty your bin
