How to manually delete a user installed source/repository from cydia that doesnt show up in the source list.
(Jailbroken Iphones only)

Download IphoneBrowser

Install it and plug in your iphone to your computer

browse to /private/etc/apt/sources.list.d directory on your iPhone or iPod touch.

Find the repo named cydia.list and right click it.

Click Save as and select a location on your computer

Open the file with notepad

find the source that was added that doesnt show up in cydia's sources list

delete "deb http://brokensource/ ./"

save the file

copy it back into /private/etc/apt/sources.list.d directory on your iPhone or iPod touch.

This is good for deleting manual entered sources that were mistakes or mistyped sources
