Create a Year Software Deployment Group:
- right click an existing weekly update group- show members
- right click an update and click Create Software Update Group
- create a group i.e. Workstation Update Group (2017)
- exit back out to Software Deployment Groups
-deploy the update group as you would normally
Move the Updates to the Year's Update Group:
- open the oldest weekly update group, show members
- select all updates and click on 'edit membership'
- uncheck the selected (gray) weekly software update group, select the checkbox next to your base package
- delete the weekly software update group and continue with the next one
